Ron was here around 6:30 p.m. and was done by 8 p.m. He explained all that he was doing, and helped us understand what and where the problem was -- roots in a pipe causing the backup. Ron (the owner) was at the house within an hour and by afternoon's end the line was completely cleared. Ron was thorough, running his jet cleaner multiple times through the pipe to cut all the offending roots out. He also went above and beyond by locating hidden cleanouts (storm and sewer) and marking them for future access. Very professional, would use again.
